10. Changes

2. Account Management

Users may sign up using email, Google, or Apple accounts and must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from user negligence.

3. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Autogram offers free and paid features, including monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user. Payments follow App Store (Google, Apple) policies, and refunds comply with store policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Violations may result in suspension, restriction, or deletion of accounts without notice.

5. Disclaimer

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to content and software provided by Autogram belong to the Company. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior consent.

7. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Korean law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

8. End User License Agreement (EULA)

The Company grants users a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the software. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
